OK snapshot: Östermalmsmeny
For the little dogs, a menu at the posh Östermalmshallen market in central Stockholm.
Menu translation:
Mager falukorv med mammas köttbullar = lean Falu sausage with Mom's meat balls
Strimlad flaskfile å kycklingfile = Cut up pork tenderloin and chicken tenderloin
Ungnötslever = Calf liver
Mix - MEZA tallrik = mixed plate
Correction and update - this was actually at Djurgården, not Östermalmshalle. I stand corrected. Still posh, at least parts of it. And more appropriate, Djurgården means the Animal Farm. Really.
